Until the end of the year, the FRIDAY Aikido classes will be:

BEGINNER 6:00pm to 7:00pm

INTERMEDIATE 7:00pm to 8:00pm;

DEMO PRACTICE (for the annual XMas Party) will be at:

FRIDAYS 8pm to 9pm

SATURDAYS 5pm to 6:30pm
